Seattle -- Seattle celebrates Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) pride with a variety of events throughout June, culminating in the annual Seattle Pride Parade . The Seattle Pride® Parade will take place on Sunday June 29th at 11:00 am on 4th Avenue in the heart of downtown Seattle, which will bring in visitors from across Washington and elsewhere. Seattle Out and Proud (SOaP) sponsors and produces the annual Seattle Pride Parade to commemorate three nights of civil unrest known as the Stonewall riots. A message from Seattle Pride We Need Your Help! We all need money. But for those who don't realize it, we rely on donations as much as we do our sponsors. So here's what we are offering: We will do one drawing every week until June. You can win hotel stays, trips to Victoria aboard the Clipper or dinner at a local restaurant. All you have to do is donate $50 or more to be entered for that weeks drawing. Of course we need all the donations we can get so please give as much as possible!
