Robin Evans is the "webwrangler" for the site. He contributes posts to Qblog and news items to Qnews. (He posts there as NewsEditor because most entries require copy editing rather than original reporting.)
He's lived in Seattle for 25 years.
From 1981 until 1985 or so, Evans was involved with local Seattle gay media. He was editor of Seattle Gay News and, later, of a competing paper called "Lights".
For the past 10 years, he's been the volunteer maintainer of a site for Tacky Tourist Clubs of America, where the blog here got its start.
